SP2020 Processing Activities in Jepara Regency

This November, BPS has begun to be busy with SP2020 processing activities. Processing is centralized in the Jepara Regency BPS Hall and several other rooms. SP2020 document processing activities begin with pre-computer processing followed by data processing with computers. Pre-computer activities include receiving documents, batching documents and editing / coding.


Data processing with computers includes data recording (data entry) and tabulation. The results of pre-computer processing, especially the editing / coding process, greatly affect the processing with computers. Good editing / coding results will speed up the data entry process.

 

To improve the quality of results, both editing coding and data entry are routinely evaluated the results of editing coding and data entry as a guide in the coding process and subsequent data entry, which is carried out by the supervisor.

 

During this pandemic, processing activities continued to apply health protocols. In addition, there were also two Rapid Tests. The first rapid test is before processing, and the second rapid test is in the middle of processing.
