Launching Core Values and Employer Branding ASN

In the midst of an era full of disruption, improvement and capacity and competence as well as the ability to adapt to change are absolute things for ASN. This was conveyed by President Joko Widodo at the ASN Core Values ​​Launching event on July 27, 2021. The steps taken by President Jokowi were to simplify the bureaucracy and equalize positions, as one of the major and fundamental changes. These changes aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all K/L bureaucracy, including BPS. In addition, the change from a fat bureaucracy to a bureaucracy with minimal structure but rich in functions.

President Joko Widodo also conveyed the new foundation of ASN, namely having AKHLAK:

As part of Employer Branding, President Jokowi also said that ASN should be proud to serve the nation.

The theme is part of the mandate of the Deputy for Production Statistics of BPS RI which was delivered by the Head of BPS of Jepara Regency on Monday morning, August 2, 2021. In his address, he also conveyed that the era of disruption brought changes to BPS. This condition requires BPS to become a learning organization as a form of transformation so that it needs to get rid of the old and obsolete methods. He also said that every ASN BPS must be able to collaborate and contribute according to their respective roles to achieve BPS goals.
