Towards a World-Class Statistics Person

The Central Bureau of Statistics of Jepara Regency still regularly holds an apple on Monday morning. The apple on August 9, 2021 will still be held virtually through the zoom application. The rapidly changing world development, the industrial revolution 4.0 and the Covid-19 pandemic have the consequence that ASN must change too. ASN must quickly adapt to new habits. This is a challenge in public services. Therefore, BPS needs to change the mindset and perspective on the existence of ASN from a rule based to a performanced base.

He also said that BPS continues to improve the performance of human resources, including the talent management policy. With this management, every employee is expected to know their respective roles, duties, and functions to achieve the vision and mission of BPS. He invited all BPS personnel to jointly develop themselves to explore our potential to increase our contribution to BPS and the Indonesian state.
