The National Socio-Economic
Survey (Susenas) is the main basis for meeting the government's needs in
implementing national development so that it is in line with the National
Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024 and international development
goals (Sustainable Development Goals (TPB)/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
). Susenas is collected by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to provide a
portrait of development progress. The portrait must be accurate and can be
trusted by the public at large. Susenas Module Socio-Cultural and Education
(MSBP) 2021 is one of the routine surveys of BPS which provides development
data in the socio-economic field at the national and provincial levels. In
September 2021, BPS will hold the Susenas for the Socio-Cultural and
Educational Module (MSBP). The questionnaires used in the 2021 Susenas MSBP
enumeration were the Socio-Cultural and Educational Module Questionnaire
(VSEN21.MSBP) and the Consumption/Expenditure Questionnaire (VSEN21.KP). The
2021 Susenas MSBP questionnaire was prepared with the aim of producing
indicators that are in accordance with the RPJMN, the National Balance Sheet,
and the SDGs.
Prior to the survey, all
prospective officers participated in training organized by the Central Java
BPS. The training is packaged in the form of independent learning through
e-learning for 3 (three) days on 9-11 September 2021 and interactive classes
for 4 (four) days on 13-16 September 2021 with 6 PML and 11 PCL participants
from the Jepara Regency BPS. The survey begins with the identification of
households resulting from the March 2021 Susenas, then complete enumeration
will be carried out for the selected household sample. All stages of
implementation must be carried out according to the established SOP framework
and the conveyor belt process must be considered to avoid the accumulation of
documents in both PCL and PML. It is hoped that the survey can run smoothly and
all participants can be responsible for maintaining the quality of the data
collected.
