Internalization of Bureaucratic Reform BPS Jepara Regency

BPS Jepara Regency continues to improve in order to realize the Integrity Zone, WBK and WBBM areas. Various efforts have been made to improve public services. Advances in technology have made it easier to carry out routine office activities.

The basic thing that has been done by the BPS of Jepara Regency is to increase the capability of human resources. Internalization of the Integrity Zone, WBK and WBBM is routinely carried out. The hope is that internalization can improve employee understanding. Change is a necessity. For the realization of bureaucratic reform, every employee is encouraged to move so that he can continuously improve the performance system, be able to change the mindset and work culture.
