Susenas Field Implementation March 2022

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is one of the most important sources of household socioeconomic data in Indonesia. Susenas data have been widely used by various groups, both at home and abroad. Therefore, the continuity of the availability and quality of Susenas data must be maintained and improved.

The quality of the survey data is influenced by two things, namely sampling error and non-sampling error. Quality data must have the lowest possible sampling error and non-sampling error. In an effort to obtain quality data from the side of low non-sampling error, then in its implementation (data collection) officers are needed who are responsible and able to carry out the data collection properly, so that there is a need for officer training as a provision for officers to the field.

BPS Jepara Regency again carried out the Susenas activity in March 2022. This field activity was started on March 14, 2022 with household updates in 91 selected Census Blocks.
