Archival Document Destruction

As a form of controlling State Property (BMN), BPS Jepara Regency seeks to regulate administration, including the management of document archives in the field. The archives of field enumeration documents that have exceeded the useful life of more than 10 years shall be destroyed. In addition to controlling the administration, it is also to reduce the capacity to use the warehouse.

The destruction of these documents was carried out by a partner, namely PT Putraduta Buanasentosa, having its address in Semarang City. The partner is tasked with destroying field documents into pieces of paper. The activity was carried out at the partner's location on June 22, 2022. At the time of destroying the documents, BPS Kabupaten Jepara assigned Ir. Anis Rahmawati and Roro Ari Purwandani as witnesses.
