In carrying out bureaucratic
reform, the Central Bureau of Statistics uses the ASN Professionalism Index to
measure the quality of existing human resources. The index is measured by 4
aspects which include qualification, competence, performance and discipline. In
the aspect of qualifications, employees are measured by the latest formal
education. Meanwhile, in the competency aspect, it measures the ability of
employees through a history of competency development that has been followed,
such as training and education, functional training and internships. The
performance aspect is used to measure the assessment based on performance
planning. While the discipline aspect is measured by the application of
discipline. With the ASN Professionalism Index, it is hoped that it can be a
benchmark in HR management.
