As a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Central Statistics Agency, each employee has a maximum working period. Employees who do not have certain functional positions have a retirement age limit of 58 years. In 2022, the Jepara Regency BPS employee who is entering his retirement period is Mr. Paranto, S.E, M.Si starting as of July 1, 2022.

The retirement ceremony for Mr. Paranto was held on July 1, 2022. The activity was held in the BPS Office Hall of Jepara Regency. Participants who attended included all employees and PPNPN BPS Regency of Jepara, and also invited all Members of Darma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) BPS Regency of Jepara. This moment was not only a moment of farewell, but also a moment of handing over souvenirs from the Jepara Regency BPS Office and Jepara Regency BPS DWP to Mr. Paranto and Mrs.
