Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of the Jepara Regency Manpower Plan Review

BPS attended the Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of the Review of the 2021-2026 Jepara District Workforce Plan on Tuesday, December 20 2022 at 10:00-13:00 WIB in the Office Hall of the Diskopukmnakertrans. The presentation of the material was led by Dra. Yuli Ratna Wahyuningtyas, Msi, she is an Associate Expert Planner for the Central Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Office.

The preparation of the Manpower Plan Review includes, among other things, data and information on estimated labor supply, estimated workforce needs, workforce balance with various characteristics, and policies that need to be taken to achieve planning objectives, which include general, sectoral policies, workforce control, training , placement and protection of workers. In addition, this meeting also discussed several strategic issues related to employment in Jepara Regency. It is hoped that the government and the business world can immediately develop programs to tackle unemployment and poverty alleviation as well as improve the quality and competitiveness of the workforce in Jepara Regency.
