Jepara Regency SHPBG and SHP Training in 2024

In order to improve the quality of Producer Price Survey Data Collection, Jepara Regency BPS held training on Producer Price Surveys (SHP) and Rice Producer Price Surveys in Milling (SHPBG). SHPBG training was held face-to-face on January 10 2024 in the Jepara Regency BPS Office Hall. This training was attended by three officers consisting of one organic officer and two partner officers. Training sessions involve an in-depth understanding of the data collection process carried out through observation. Apart from being given an understanding of theory, the participants were also given practical training sessions to calculate rice moisture content and rice breaking content.

Apart from SHPBG training, BPS Jepara Regency also carries out SHP training which is carried out in a hybrid manner which combines online and offline methods. The first day, on January 11 2024, will be held online via Zoom. Meanwhile, on the second day, January 12 2024, the survey will continue face-to-face or offline.

With this training, BPS Jepara Regency hopes to improve the quality of producer price survey data. It is hoped that the results of this survey will not only provide an accurate picture of rice producer prices, but will also be able to support sustainable economic development.
