Visitation of the Love Statistics Village Program (Desa Cantik) Kelet Village, Keling Subdistrict

In accordance with Presidential Decree 39 of 2019, the Central Statistics Agency is assigned the task of being a Data Supervisor from the President. In its implementation, BPS describes these activities in the Sectoral Statistics Development activities carried out through the Beautiful Village Program (Village of Love Statistics). In 2024, the village selected to be proposed as a Beautiful Village in Jepara Regency is Kelet Village, Keling District. The sectoral statistical development that has been carried out in Jepara Regency also involves the Data Manager, namely the Jepara Regency Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo). As an initial step in developing sectoral statistics in Jepara Regency in 2024, a meeting was held between the Jepara Regency Communication and Information Service, Jepara Regency BPS and Kelet Village Officials, Keling District.

The meeting took place on Wednesday, April 24 2024 with the agenda of discussing initial coordination regarding the Development of Beautiful Villages in Kelet Village, Keling District. Apart from being attended by the Jepara Regency BPS Sectoral Statistics Development Team and Desa Cantik Team, the meeting was also attended by officials from the Jepara Regency Communication and Information Service, namely the Head of Informatics, Abdul Haris Farawowan, S.T and the Head of the Statistical Information Section, Nuril Fifana, S.T. During the meeting, Kelet Village Carik M Saifudin Nur, S.Si, M.Stat conveyed the condition of data availability in Kelet Village. The hope is that through Sectoral Statistics Development in Kelet Village it can help implement data provision and use of data both in terms of development planning and evaluation.
