Healthy Friday Program, BPS Jepara Regency Employees Doing Exercise Together

On September 6, 2024, a number of BPS Jepara Regency employees carried out the Healthy Friday program by exercising together. The Healthy Friday program emphasizes the importance of balance between physical and mental health which is the commitment of BPS Jepara Regency.

The Head of BPS Jepara Regency also participated in playing table tennis. Regular exercise brings great benefits to the body, such as increasing fitness, reducing stress, and improving mood. After exercising, employees feel more enthusiastic and productive in their work. In addition to being beneficial for health, this activity can strengthen relationships between employees, creating a more harmonious and positive work atmosphere.
