On Monday morning, March 10, 2025, BPS Jepara Regency held a Monday Roll Call which took place in the office hall and was led directly by the Head of BPS Jepara Regency, Isnaini. This activity began with the "Monday Inspiration to Cool the Conscience" (Serani) session delivered by Ina Rusmiyati. In the session, she reminded the importance of maintaining good deeds during the month of Ramadan by avoiding things that can reduce the reward of fasting, such as gossiping, not lowering the gaze, and missing the opportunity to pursue the glorious night, Lailatul Qadar.
The Head of BPS Jepara Regency emphasized that the Serani session is not only a means to gain spiritual inspiration, but also a forum for employees to hone their public speaking skills and build a culture of sharing knowledge in the work environment. With this session, it is hoped that all employees will be more confident in conveying ideas and getting used to speaking in public well and meaningfully.
Furthermore, in the HR Development session, the Head of BPS Jepara Regency raised one of the core values of ASN BERAKHLAK, namely LOYAL. He emphasized that as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), loyalty is not only about compliance with duties and regulations, but also about high dedication and prioritizing the interests of the nation and state above personal interests. ASN are expected to be able to become role models in society by showing integrity, maintaining the good name of the organization, and prioritizing positive character in thinking and acting. In facing work challenges, it is important for every employee to always focus on solutions, act professionally, and build a conducive and harmonious work atmosphere.
Through this assembly and development, it is hoped that all BPS Jepara Regency employees will be increasingly motivated to continue to contribute with a spirit of devotion, uphold the values of togetherness, and strengthen positive character in carrying out their duties. Hopefully, this Ramadan momentum will be an opportunity for all of us to continue to improve ourselves, improve the quality of work, and bring blessings in every step we take.
