Central Java BPS Encourages Jepara OPDs to Strengthen Sectoral Statistics

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jepara Regency held a Sectoral Statistics Development event at Joglo Kebon Kafe on Wednesday (August 27th). The event was attended by all sectoral data managers from various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs) throughout Jepara Regency.

The event opened with a keynote speech by the Head of BPS Jepara Regency, Isnaini.

The Acting Head of BPS Central Java Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, presented the importance of utilizing sectoral data and the resulting indicators to support regional development planning. She also emphasized the importance of understanding BPS strategic data and encouraging the active participation of regional apparatus organizations (OPDs) in ensuring the success of the 2026 Economic Census.

The Head of Statistics at the Jepara Communications and Information Office, Nuril Fifana, outlined the achievements of seven years of sectoral statistics development and expressed her hope that the support would continue for optimal results.
