The results of the Data Needs Survey for the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) of Statistics Jepara for the third quarter of 2025 indicate that the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP), using the KemenPANRB method, was 3.9656 (Very Good). The IPKP measures the quality of service provided by the BPS PST unit, the public service provider at BPS. The IPKP is calculated according to KemenPANRB guidelines. The higher the IPKP score, the more satisfied consumers are with the service provided.
Meanwhile, the same survey also yielded an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) using the KemenPANRB method, which showed a score of 4 (Very Good). The IPAK is an index used to capture consumer perceptions or assessments of anti-corruption behavior in services at the PST Statistics Jepara. An IPAK score approaching 4 indicates that anti-corruption behavior is increasingly being implemented in the PST services at Statistics Jepara.
Thank you for your participation in the SKD survey for the third quarter of 2025.
