To implement Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning "One Data Indonesia" (Satu Data Indonesia) and to strengthen the application of its principles in Jepara Regency, the Jepara Regency Communication and Informatics Agency organized the 2026 Statistical Metadata Training.
The two-day event took place on Tuesday and Wednesday (September 15–16, 2026) at the Meeting Room of the Jepara Public Service Mall (MPP), running from 08:00 WIB until completion. BPS- Statistics of Jepara Regency served as the resource agency, represented by Lina Dewi Y., SST (Statistician)
The training was attended by data producers from within the Jepara Regency Government. In addition to gaining an understanding of statistical metadata, participants engaged in hands-on practice compiling and entering metadata for the statistical data produced by their respective regional government agencies.
During the session, participants were guided to input statistical metadata directly into the INDAH application. This practical exercise aims to assist data producers in documenting information about their generated data in a more structured manner, ensuring the data possesses clear context, standards, and supporting information.
This activity is expected to support the orderly conduct of sectoral statistics and strengthen the quality of data governance in Jepara Regency. Effective metadata management is also a crucial component in realizing high-quality, accountable data within the "One Data Indonesia" framework.
