Abstract

The January 2023 Central Java Farmer Exchange Rate was 108.72, an increase of 1.35 percent compared to the previous month's NTP of 107.27. The increase in FTT was caused by the increase in the price index received by farmers (It) by 1.80 percent, which was faster than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) by 0.44 percent.
The Central Java Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for January 2023 was recorded at 109.55, an increase of 1.52 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP of 107.91.
Prices for dry milled unhusked rice (GKG) at the farm level rose 3.99 percent and harvested dry unhusked rice (GKP) rose 6.96 percent; GKG prices at the mill level rose 3.85 percent and GKP rose 7.01 percent.
