Not felt, September has arrived, meaning that the September Population Census (SP September) has begun to be implemented. This activity will take place during September 2020 in all regions of Indonesia, including Jepara Regency.
As one of the stages of implementing the September Population Census, the Census Officer will first coordinate with the head / administrator of the Local Environmental Unit or what we are familiar with as the head of the RT. This is one of the procedure that must be implemented.
Apart from reporting and permission to collect data, the Census Officer together with the Chair the Local Environmental Unit Management will check the Population List in the area.
Census officers can be identified by the presence of identification in the form of an ID card, wearing a vest bearing the Census Officer on the back. In addition, officers also apply health protocols, wear masks, face shields, use hand sanitizers and apply physical distancing when meeting for interviews with respondents in anticipation of preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Of course, a struggle that is not easy for them in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which still haunts some Indonesian people, including the census officers themselves. The heat is scorching hot, and even into the night they have to keep fighting for data. The persistence, sacrifice and enthusiasm of the field officers deserve thumbs up.
Make sure we're all recorded! To do this, accept the arrival of the census officers, then give answers correctly and honestly. Calm down, census officers have adhered to a health protocol
applies.
The 2020 Population Census data will be useful for development planning to improve the welfare of the population.
