During mid-June 2021, it can be said as months of training via Zoom meetings for the Balance function. After the training, the Special Survey for Household Savings and Investments (SKTIR) was followed by training for Regional Instructors (INDA) for Other Special Surveys (SKLNPT, SKSIP, LNPRT Directory Updating, SKSP, SMAK, SKSPPI, PMTB Survey). This training is held within a period of 4 effective days (31 May, 2-4 June 2021). National instructors were taught directly from BPS RI, namely: Mrs. Aisah S.ST, M.P.P and Agnes Vera Yanti Sitorus, SST SE., M.Sc.
This training is a continuation of the previous Balance of Expenditure special survey training. This activity still needs to be carried out considering the lack of available data sources to support various Expenditure Balance activities. The details of the specific surveys covered in this training are as follows:
1. The Annual Special Survey of Non-profit Institutions Serving Households (SKLNP), aims to obtain complete balance sheet information of LNPRT economic activities ranging from expenditures, income, to savings that occur during one year
2. Updating the LNP Directory, aims to obtain information on the LNPRT population in Indonesia
3. Special Survey of Non-Financial Private Companies (SKPS), aims to obtain complete balance sheets of unlisted non-financial private companies
4. Special Survey on Government Input Structure (SKSIP), aims to obtain information related to the structure of government employees according to the types of services provided and their inputs based on costs
5. Commodity Flow Matrix Survey (SMAK), aims to obtain information on the value and volume of goods transactions between provinces and districts/cities
6. Special Survey of Inventory Change Compilation Study (SKSPPI), aims to obtain more detailed inventory information
7. Disaggregation Survey of Gross Fixed Capital Formation (SDPMTB) Service and Non-financial, aimed at compiling PMTB disaggregation by type of capital goods, institutional sector and business sector.
