The Central Bureau of Statistics continues to improve the capacity and competence of human resources, one of which is through Capacity Building activities. The Capacity Building activity carried out by BPS Central Java Province carries the theme of Statistical Data Standards and New MFD Online. The activity was held on August 5, 2021, which was attended by all BPS Regency employees throughout Central Java virtually through the zoom application.
The Presidential Decree on One Indonesian Data has the consequence that the data produced is accurate, up-to-date, integrated, accountable, and easily accessible and shared between Central Agencies and Regional Agencies. This encourages the need for compliance with Data Standards, Metadata, Data Interoperability and the use of Reference Codes and Master Data. Therefore, Statistical Data Standards need to be applied.
Another theme presented at the event was New MFD Online. The MFD Online system was built to support the regional master data management process and to support all processes related to regional data and information needs. The new system is already integrated with the Integrated Statistics System and already uses the specified application platform standards. In fact, the system already supports and adapts to the needs and changes in new business processes. The hope is that the New MFD Online can bridge new business processes that are more effective and efficient.
