Oath taking/promise of civil servants in the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) JEPARA REGENCY

The taking of the oath/pledge of Civil Servants at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jepara Regency will be held today, Monday, October 4, 2021 at 10.00 WIB in the morning at the BPS Hall of Jepara Regency, Jl. Queen Kalinyamat Office Complex Jepara. The implementation of taking the oath/pledge of civil servants while still observing the health protocol to prevent the spread of Covid-19, participants are directed to wash their hands/use hand sanitizer, wear masks, and keep a distance.

Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 1999 concerning the Principles of Employment Article 26 paragraph (1) it is stated that "Every Candidate for Civil Servant at the time of his appointment as a Civil Servant is obliged to take an Oath / Promise" and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014 concerning Article 66 paragraph (1) of the State Civil Apparatus states that "Every candidate for a civil servant when appointed as a civil servant is obliged to take an oath / promise". The number of civil servants in BPS Jepara Regency who took the oath/pledge was 8 (eight) people. The PNS oath/pledge was taken directly by the Head of BPS Jepara Regency and accompanied by a Spiritualist.
