Employee Health Is Our Priority

The Central Bureau of Statistics has branch offices throughout Indonesia with the lowest level at the Regency level. BPS Kabupaten Jepara is one of them. Supported by 33 employees, BPS Jepara Regency seeks to achieve the vision that has been set, namely "Provider of Quality Data Statistics for Advanced Indonesia".

The transformation in the Industry 4.0 era had an impact on the Central Statistics Agency. The need for big data makes it necessary to improve the quality of statistical activities at BPS. There is an increasing need for innovation in data collection methods. Data needs are very diverse. This set of conditions creates a job list for the employee. Without realizing it, the routine work undertaken makes employees sometimes pay less attention to their own health.

Departing from this, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jepara Regency held Medical Check Up activities for employees. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Prodia Clinical Laboratory. Medical Check Up will take place on October 29, 2021. As a follow-up to the results of the examination, on November 10, 2021 a team from the Prodia Clinical Laboratory visited BPS Jepara Regency as a means of consultation for personal employees. It is hoped that all Jepara Regency BPS employees are in good health so that they are more primed at work.
