BPS Jepara Regency held a Monday morning roll call, March 24, 2025, in the hall led by the Head of BPS Jepara Regency, Isnaini.
The roll call began with the "Monday Inspiration Cooling Conscience" (Serani) session delivered by Roro Ari. He invited all employees to reflect on the Tamarin Program, tadarus together in this month of Ramadan, which not only strengthens closeness to the Qur'an, but also as a barometer in building a relationship with Allah SWT.
Furthermore, an evaluation of the activities was carried out by each team leader. As a form of Accountability and responsibility according to the core value of BerAKHLAK which must always be adhered to, a report on the "BPS Jepara Berbagi" activity was also submitted which had been carried out well on Friday, March 21, 2025.
The next was the Internalization of BerAKHLAK by the Head of BPS Jepara Regency who conveyed one of the core values, namely Harmonious. Harmonious Values emphasize the importance of creating relationships of mutual respect, support, and cooperation in the work environment, to realize better public services.
